Nordic Walking for everyone
Do you want to get fit in a way that has a low impact on your body whilst improving your health and wellbeing? Do you want to get outside in the fresh air with like minded people? And would you like to do these things whilst exploring your local area?
Nordic Walking is a full body workout using poles to bring your upper body strength into the walk. It’s suitable for walkers of all abilities, with experiened instructors on hand to provide guidance.
Best of all, the sessions are free and the poles are provided.
These sessions will be at Greenslate Community Farm every Friday, starting the first Friday in April.
If you are new to Nordic Walking we have 30 minute introductionary session, to help new walkers learn the Nordic Walking technique.
No need to book, just turn up.
- 10:00 am – 11:00 am for begineers and intermediate.
- 10:00 am – 11:15 am for the more advanced.
