Enjoy Christmas Lunch at Greenslate Farm with your family, friends or work colleagues.

Our Christmas menu is all prepared at the farm using the best high welfare and locally sourced ingredients. £15 per head, special diets catered for on request. Serving from 12.30 – single sitting

Starter

Prawn and Avocado Cocktail

A modern, lighter version of the retro prawn cocktail served with speciality bread.

Soup

A choice of leek & potato or Tomato and Basil soup

Served with a warm roll and butter

Pate

Served with toasted brioche and chutney

Main course

Traditional roast Turkey and pork Dinner

Served with seasoned roast potatoes, pigs in blankets, Chantenay carrots, pan fried sprouts and bacon,

honey glazed parsnips, braised red cabbage, stuffing, cranberry sauce and Gravy

Hunter Chicken

Roasted Chicken breast stuffed with Lincolnshire sausage wrapped in streaky bacon with a white
wine garlic and wild mushroom sauce. Served with seasoned roast potatoes, Chantenay carrots, pan

fried sprouts with bacon and honey glazed parsnips.

Fillet of Salmon

Oven baked salmon with lemon cream sauce. Served with seasoned roast potatoes, Chantenay carrots,

pan fried sprouts with bacon and honey glazed parsnips.

Vegan Nut Roast

Root vegetables with mushrooms, grains, hazelnuts and herbs topped with parsnip crisps. Served with
seasoned roast potatoes, Chantenay carrots, pan fried sprouts and honey glazed parsnips.

Whole Roasted Cauliflower

Cauliflower oven roasted with garlic, lemon, paprika and plum tomatoes finished with flaked roast almonds and parsley. Served with rice and greens.

Dessert

Kath’s Christmas pudding

Served with brandy sauce or double cream

Nadezhdas Yuletide chocolate log

Served with double cream

Sherry trifle

With strawberries, sherry infused sponge, finished with custard and whipped cream

Cheese and biscuits

A selection of fine cheeses served with oat cakes, speciality bread, grapes and chutney
